TTRPG Sessions: Contact [email protected] to coordinate tabletop roleplaying schedules.

Game Playtests: Developer playtest sessions should be submitted early to reserve equipment setup space.

Musical Bands: Musical performances requiring sound stage equipment should apply via our Performer Guest form.

Content Rating: All panels must strictly maintain a PG-13 rating or lower. 18+ panels are rejected outright.

Mental Health Topics: Presenters must provide verified clinical or medical credentials to host mental health discussions.

No dating show format panels or unscripted dating games.
No low-effort open mic or unscripted complaint panels.
No food distribution, pyrotechnics, or messy materials (silly string, spray paint).

We accept panels covering Anime & Animation, Video Games & TTRPGs, Comics & Webtoons, Cosplay Crafting, and Asian Pop Culture & Tokusatsu.
